Head Shots .Len Marks Photography
Specializing in theatrical Head Shots for the performing arts. With 20+ years of experience, we bring our clients the sought after edgy city look with out the need to travel to Manhattan.  We work very hard to provide actors and performing artists with the highest quality photography and reproductions here on LI.  Our services include:
Image Consultation: Before your photo session we sit and discuss your needs. Together we fine-tune your look. We discuss location, hairstyle, make up and wardrobe. Styling, a commercial look verses a more theatrical look.
Session Design: The experienced eye of the photographer is key to the success of your session. Looking natural and relaxed is no accident. Headshots need to reflect a natural look. 20 years of photographing all kinds of people have given us the tools to bring out your best.
Professional Hair and Makeup: We have different levels of makeup and hair stylist. For the first time session especially kids and young adults we suggest our one stop salon located right next door to our studio. For more advanced actors or performers we suggest our on location team, which consists of a makeup artist and a hair stylist. They stay with you for the whole session, studio or on location.
Reproductions: We provide a variety of reproduction choices. On line proofing and Internet ready CD’s. Short run 8x10’s 25-50 pieces are done in house. For larger runs we partner with “Reproduction” in the city. All finished pieces are retouched. Proper retouching gives your image a finished polished look, which will give you the edge you need in today’s highly competitive market.
